How it works
The typical integration is three steps:
- Create an invoice or a payment link for a USD amount. We convert it to satoshis at the live BTC rate and mint a dedicated on-chain address.
- Send your customer to the returned
pay_url(invoices) orlink_url(payment links) to complete payment. - Poll the invoice — or list payments — until the status is
paid, then fulfil the order.
Conventions
- All requests and responses are JSON. Send
Content-Type: application/jsonon writes. - Amounts you send are in USD; amounts we return are in satoshis, with a best-effort USD quote.
- Every object includes an
objectfield (e.g."invoice") and lists are wrapped as{ object: "list", data: [...] }. - Timestamps are ISO 8601 strings in UTC.
